Job Description:

Hands-on development and guidance to other developers (mentoring); design system architecture; code reviews
SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE DESIGN
Take ownership of the system architecture design, expansion and maintenance
Provide input in inception and elaboration phase of SDLC with reference to architecture
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
Provide best practice guidance from a development point of view
Maintain software quality through continuous improvement in coding standards implementation
Provide project plans and costing for construction phase of projects
MENTORING AND SUPPORT
Analyse support cause and long term solution to limit activity in this area
TEAM WORK
Interacts with business and technical roles
