Duties:
- Sage 300 ERP and Sage ERP X3 Development
- Sage 300 ERP and Sage ERP X3 system implementation at clients
- Maintain project documentation and follow the company methodology
- Writing of report specs and reports
- After implementation support to clients, either telephonically, onsite or remotely
- Upgrades of existing client systems
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times – during implementation and afterwards
- Stay updated with latest functionality and services packs
- Learn new products
- Assist other developers and consultants with problems at clients
- Schedule and attend regular meetings at clients
- Any other tasks as requested
