Duties:

  • Sage 300 ERP and Sage ERP X3 Development
  • Sage 300 ERP and Sage ERP X3 system implementation at clients
  • Maintain project documentation and follow the company methodology
  • Writing of report specs and reports
  • After implementation support to clients, either telephonically, onsite or remotely
  • Upgrades of existing client systems
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all times – during implementation and afterwards
  • Stay updated with latest functionality and services packs
  • Learn new products
  • Assist other developers and consultants with problems at clients
  • Schedule and attend regular meetings at clients
  • Any other tasks as requested
